More about the position
As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of opening and operating a new location after the doors fly open! Such as:
- Manage project plans to ensure the new location opens successfully and on time.
- Direct distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales
- Create and maintain a strong culture, including a focus on safety and creating a great place to work for all team members
- Communicate effectively so that team members are clear on direction and priorities and have the necessary feedback needed to perform their jobs successfully and feel connected to the business
- Understand customer’ needs, provides excellent customer service and builds positive relationships
