Fencing Supply Group Opens Newest Greenfield Location in Milwaukee, WI.

DECEMBER 2023: The Fencing Supply Group (FSG) announced the opening of Merchants Metals (MM) at
their newest greenfield location in Milwaukee, WI. Conveniently located in the heart of central
Milwaukee, this branch sits on nearly 3.5 acres and features 8200 square feet of office and warehouse
space. The large, well-lit yard is fully fenced and paved.

Pat Davis, West Division President recognized Milwaukee’s branch team during the “bell ringer” opening
call in December and said, “They have been instrumental in getting this newest branch ready for prime
time.” He also thanked Josh Honeycutt, Regional Operations Manager, for the weeks he spent working
with the team on the ground and helping to put them on their path to success.

In a recent Town Hall Meeting, CEO Andrea Hogan confirmed that Milwaukee is the latest example of
Fencing Supply Group’s plans to expand its national footprint and continue to tap into market
opportunities with additional growth potential.

A Grand Opening is tentatively scheduled for March 2024.
